Mr. Joseph Clark was elected as President of the San Antonio Northwest Civic & Social Club (SANCSC) in June of 2024 and re-elected in February 2026. As a veteran of the Air Force, Mr. Clark was stationed in San Antonio from 2010 to 2015, and he returned in 2017 after retiring. He became a member of SANCSC in 2017, and has since held the roles of Vice President and Secretary. In his role as President, he represents the organization, presides at all Executive Committee and Membership meetings, and appoints all standing and special committees as deemed necessary. His long-standing dedication to community service and leadership within the organization reflects the values of SANCSC.

Ms. Vickey Lewis was elected as Vice President of the San Antonio Northwest Civic & Social Club (SANCSC) in February 2026. Ms. Lewis credits her father for her becoming the person that she is today. He taught her love, kindness, compassion, selflessness, empathy and charity by demonstration.  Now, giving back is her ultimate high. She followed in his footsteps and became a senior noncommissioned officer in the Air Force.  She is a mom of three adult children, a mother in law of two, a grandmother of four, and a dog grandmother.  She joined SANCSC in 2008 and previously served in the role of Secretary. In her role as Vice President, she assists the President and serves as advisor to standing and special committees appointed by the President.

Mrs. Tamala Hamilton joined the Northwest Civic & Social Club (SANCSC) in the Summer of 2025 and was elected Secretary in February 2026. She grew up as a military brat, and has lived and traveled all around the world, but has considered San Antonio her home since her father retired from Randolph Air Force Base after serving over 25 years in the Air Force. She has over over 20 years in Financial Lending and 15 years as a Flight Attendant, and she has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker for the past 14 years. Tamala is also assisting Small and Minority Owned Business’s obtain Government Contracts, as a civilian Contract Specialist for the Department of Defense. In her role as SANCSC Secretary, she performs various administration functions to include managing correspondence, maintaining the Constitution and Bylaws, and meeting minutes. The thing that she holds most dear to her heart is her marriage to her high school sweetheart and being the proud mother of her twin sons.

Ms. Cassandra Porter was elected as the Treasurer of the San Antonio Northwest Civic & Social Club (SANCSC) in February 2026. She had a distinguished career culminating in two retirements—first from the Air Force in 2003 and then from UTSA in 2024. She became a member of SANCSC in 2010, took a brief hiatus from 2020 to 2023, and resumed her involvement in 2024. Ms. Porter is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations. Her previous roles as Vice President and Secretary, and Treasurer, demonstrate her extensive leadership expertise and commitment to community engagement.
